Cant sign up/login to ICQ account.

So i run a Ubuntu (version 20.04) PC with ICQ installed on it, when i try logging in it says "Error occurred, try again later."
I have tried using the command "sudo ln -s /etc/ssl/certs/ca-bundle.crt /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt" but it says that "ca-certificates.crt" already exists, is there any other fixes to this? (Im using the "new" version of ICQ, i also tried a older version and that failed with the same error.)

This server is targeted at ICQ 2000 and 2001 range, newer clients didnt use OSCAR at all. The server version supporting ICQ is still not live, I have a few snags to work out for ICQ presence information and more widely supported ICQ specific user lookup functions.
