Greetings!

My real name is Trenton Matthews, a blind/visually impaired nerd of the tech world.

Michael MJD:
https://www.youtube.com/mjd7999/
, is a guy who tries anything, and everything to see if he can run a classic piece of software, on just about anything! He also does historical documentaries on software, such as the original "downfall" of AOL Instant Messenger.

And he's so close to 100,000 subscribers! 98.8K I do believe he's at now.

Speaking of me being visually impaired (thus also using a screen reader), AIM 5.9 (which varies when crashing under Windows 10 Pro),
is one of the most accessible versions for said program.

One program I noticed you don't have listed on your site is
http://instantbird.com/
, which also works with your server, and doesn't crash on Windows 10. It's also available for Mac and Linux as well.

Linux users who are blind, can also of course use pidgin too:
http://pidgin.im/

And I can't forget Mac users as well:
https://adium.im/

Me wonders if you'd be able to get Yahoo Messenger working via that client. The client itself doesn't have any new features, but for somelike what you guys are doing? It should be more than enough.
Me wonders if you would be able to get ICQ working with Instantbird on your server too.

Many blind folks (if on Windows), use the screen readers of "NonVisual Desktop Access":
http://nvaccess.org/
, and Jb Access With Speech (JAWS For Windows):
http://freedomscientific.com/

On Linux, the main screen reader is "Orca", from:
https://help.gnome.org/users/orca/

For Mac users, that'd be the "Voice over" screen reader from:
http://apple.com/accessibility/

Lastly (as you mentioned that AIM 6.X series is now under testing), The first ever version of AIM 6.X that was accessible with screen readers, was version 6.8.

Not sure if that patch is made only for AIM 6.0 through 6.2, I'm testing it out with AIM 6.9 from
http://www.oldversion.com/windows/aol-instant-messenger-6-9-17-2
, as anything with Triton in the name? Eek! Nothing is read by any screen reader.

If you have any other question, please feel free to reply. I'm always open to answering questions.

Have a great day!

*Update*

I wasn't able to get that 6.9 update with the patcher to work, as it just said "connection failed." I also went to the "Settings" button in the IM Sign On dialog screen, tabbed to settings, and entered in your server info. No dice there for now either sadly.
Unfortunately (with the exception of AIM 7.0/7.2), AIM 6.8/6.9 are the best versions of this wonderful client! *sigh*

Well, in the meantime, I'll use Instantbird on Windows.

revisions 6.2 and up required TLS encrypted server connections, which we don't have the ability to handle yet.

Thanks for your quick reply! I didn't see your message till I added to my prior one.
At least I know why it doesn't work now.
I'll keep an eye on its progress!
Well until then, I shall use Instantdbird on my Windows 10 Pro machine, when chilling on AIM.

I came to the conclusion that often needed to convert any video files but what is the most efficient way to do this?
For example, I'm interested in it onlineconvertfree.com What are you thinking about it?
