Help, My account it's suspended..

Hello, some time ago I created an account in AIM and I could not use it due to some problems with the internet, I did not know how to patch it. I abandoned it for months and now that I have been able to patch the program, when I want to use it it does not let me log in and I get an error message that says "Account Suspended", can someone help me? :(
