AIM for Android and Palm OS Support?

The Windows98 Gamer

Before AIM was discontinued, they had a version for Android. You can get the APK on the internet, and I tried to patch it to work on Phoenix servers but I haven't been able to get it working with a modern Android phone. I've also thought of patching the Palm OS PDA version, which came out around 2000. Would it be possible to add Android/Palm OS AIM support to Phoenix?
