Why Doesn't Anyone Hang Out in the Public Groups

I keep checking the public groups for people, but there never seems to be anyone in those chat rooms? Anyone out there?

because people are not social here. My buddy list is like 100 plus and only like 5-6 are on, and nobody talks to eachother.

I think the Spam is probably why the Room is Dead. People don't want to Chat in a Room where a Dude Spams a Message breaking the Conversation.
