Phoenix - Chat Like It's 1999

I don't think so, the times i tried them, they never loaded. plus i don't think they ever said anything about chat rooms working, just group chats. so.
i could be wrong. eh.

update: newer news posts say that chat rooms are working but for people using something over 5.0. (could be the reason why i couldn't get it to load, i use 5.0) i don't know if it means its fully working or if there's any chat rooms to join in right now, but it could mean it does. if you wanna try it out yourself, i guess go get 5.1 or 5.9.
