Im a Windows 7 user and im having issues connecting with the aim phoenix server, any help? I downloaded versn 4.7 keeps saying "Aim ervice cannot be reached"

Alt+Print Screen, paste into MSPaint, save, upload to image sharing site like imgur.com, tinypic (if that still exists), butterimages.com or something I have no idea what people use these days.
