How do you get News Ticker and AIM Today working

In the "Something getting weird in 2020" section of the home page it shows News Ticker and AIM Today showing and when I sign on and the AIM today window still shows "yahoo! Will be right back" How can I get these two features is this a Beta feature, Is it only on the Phoenix 2 alpha?

Did you install the Phoenix Patch? If the automatic one doesn't work try manually installing the dlls from the download section
