Okay I have noticed a few things:

File Transfers don't work right if you are behind a NAT. Pidgin has configuration settings for AIM File Transfer Proxies, but I don't know what Phoenix's File Transfer proxy settings would be, but knowing what they are would be helpful.

I am unable to add buddies without disabling all other accounts. I cannot join chats, Buddy statuses aren't reporting correctly. It's really strange. Spectrum 2 can be used to get around this, but for some reason, Phoenix Advertises that Users can't add buddies.

I have a very small number of buddies listed as online compared to the size of my buddy list. I have a feeling that Phoenix is improperly reporting them.

I am willing to offer my assistance in dealing with these issues.
