I can't connect to aim

My aim client just freezes in phase 1 and that's it. and I still can't log in to aim

It might be either you are using the ZIP version, which may be broken or your computer is running Windows 10. I can't tell which one is the problem. It might even be both.
Still lower emissions than a 286.
