AIM 5.1 causes the entire system to hang

This bug not only happened to me,but to some another people as well. Any help?

Same issue over here. My guess is since AIM is what locks the system up and the Installers are from AOL that AIM 5.1 is straight up incompatible with modern windows.

That proves that it only works on old hardware or virtual machines like VirtualBox or VMWare.

I recommend using AIM 5.0, since 5.1 thru 5.9 have compatibility issues with Windows 10, resulting in deadlocks.
