I tried using compatibility mode and AOL tamer but it just doesn't do anything. It will either freeze or crash my computer. Help please!

rnrnwhat version do you have downloaded ? i dont remember which version i downloaded when i first installed phoenix, but it would crash my computer also. i downloaded 5.0 instead & it never gave me that problem. maybe try that !

rnI had this issue aswell. Literally every app would constantly crash with 5.1 installed. Uninstall 5.1 and 5.0 and the issue magically went away. I really don't know what 5.1 does that 5.0 doesn't that causes this
