AIM 5.1 ins't working in Windows 10

Hello, i now updated to Windows 10, an i wanted to revive AIM, but when i start the application, nothing happens...
I set compatibility mode to Win95,98 WinXP, ect but nothing happens, help...

Edit: Same happens in WIndows 8.1 Pro

I had this problem with 5.9 on a test machine running 7, earlier versions like 5.2 and 5.1 didn't seem to suffer this problem. I don't know about 8 or 10, I refuse to ever touch anything beyond 7

Someone else had a similar issue. Try using Pidgin IM for your AIM needs if you have to, otherwise use an older version. Probably just Microsoft desolating compatibility again...
