AIM Stops Responding On Login

I got it working from yesterday. But now, all of a sudden, I'm having an issue where AIM hangs and shits the bed when the buddy list window pops up. I have no clue why this started happening, it was working fine before. I tried reinstalling, changing the compatibility mode to various different operating systems, even running it in a Windows XP virtual machine didn't work. Please, someone click Helpline, see this and know what's wrong.
