Enjoy finding out that AIM wasn't a thing when 68000 Macs were still manufactured. ;)

it's starting to look like 4.7 for mac might use a different hash for password encryption..

Might anyone have a download to 4.0 for Mac? I can't seem to find one anywhere that is a working link.

rnNo idea if you ever figured this out, but for anyone looking, this worked for me: https://macintoshgarden.org/apps/aim-phoenix-mac-os-9rnrnExpand with StuffIt, then drag the AOL Instant Messenger folder to your Applications folder (or wherever you prefer storing your apps) and the extension to System FolderExtensions.
