AIM won't load at all - Windows 10

I dled and installed AIM 5.9 and when I click on the icon, nothing happens at all. It went through all the install steps but it's not even giving me an opening screen. What did I do wrong?

5.9 is super buggy on Windows 10, I'd recommend you use 4.8.
