anybody remember or have the aim widget for website to send an aim to the person from your website you click the link and it will open aol and open up messenger with the person name and you can type them them.

I want to put this on my social site.

Yes, if you're referring to the official one, it requires the OSCAR API service, which Phoenix does not have, but most of the work was on the back end so it's up to iWarg to implement it and also essentially re-create the frontend/browser part of it as well.
