Tried multiple versions for Windows 10

As the title says, I've tried running versions 5.0, 5.1, and 5.9 in Windows 10 with Tamer as well as changing the compatibility settings in properties and none of the applications have launched. Am I missing something?

I've gotten Pro to load! Follow-up question,

My connection settings are currently set:
host: iwarg.ddns.net
port: 5190

[Check] Connect using proxy
Host: iwarg.ddns.net
Port: 5190
Protocol: HTTPS

Is this correct?
