"Connection refused" when logging in?

I encountered this issue after AIM randomly said that it couldn't connect, and so I restarted AIM, and it just says "Connection Refused" when trying to connect

I'm using AIM 1.6N on Windows 95. Yes, networking is working and yes, the server is set to iwarg.ddns.net

I have no clue why this is happening, and restarting doesn't seem to help

Is there a further explanation on why this happens?

Sidenote - For some reason my buddy list on AIM 5 didn't transfer over to AIM 1.6 or earlier

Having the same issue. None of my computers can connect, though it was working fine this morning.

Using AIM 3 on MacOS 9. Add me: JackieHyde
