AIM signing in is Slow

It's super slow to sign in, it takes around 15 minutes for it to load. Is there anybody who could fix this problem?

I have resumed work on the Phoenix2 server suite, hopefully that will be less prone to bottlenecks since it will more closely mimic the AOL server topology.
