AIM not working for me...!

I haven't been on AIM Phoenix for a few months now, and when i finally decided to sign on again it doesn't work, first it says "connecting" then after about 2 mins it says "Verifying screen name and password, And then it says "starting services" but it never starts...?

Can someone please tell me why this is.

maybe the server was overloaded at the time. I may have to reduce the number of allowed simultaneous connections until server suite 2 is fully online.
