tiny problem w/ Phoenix patch

So I patched AIM to have the Phoenix AimRes.dll patch applied, everything's fine, but when the buddylist window opens up (or when I close AIM) all I get is an unnamed chat window that cannot be closed with anything (unless you terminate AIM.exe)
