i have a solution that works

windows: click the right mouse button on the desktop than choose that right pad and phoenixdesktop.exe file than click next and then type a name if you want and then click done

linux: no solution yet :(

Will it work on old windows like windows XP or Vista? If not, Fix It to work on windows XP and Vista!
