What featureset are you looking to have?

Even though I was of the generation that used AOL. I even used AOL for awhile (and hd used aim separate from aol for far longer,) I never actually used the AOL part of things, just the access it had to the internet.

So I'm not sure what features the original had and out of that what you want to implement.

That said I am curious on a sortof 'web 1.0 space' sort of thing. Given bandwidth and server space here and now twenty+ years later? a 'web 1.0 space' isn't that big or much of a resource hog.

I definitely want to see old forums. I remember Gamewiz which was a popular forum (Site) which had chat rooms and message boards. It had sections to read about games.

I think it would be cool if someone made some sort of late 90s/Early 2000s style social page.... Similar to myspace.... But if it existed in 1999.... A very simple social media

So we had Message Boards back then. Many gaming forums (AOL Sites) had message boards. People who made clubs could sometimes create their own message boards.
