A brief view on the goals of development for October:

The planned stages of updates for the month include expanding support for ICQ, introducing the public chatting subsystem to Phoenix Desktop, as well as an improved phoenix desktop mail form, and if possible more work into supporting older (ICQ 1.x to ICQ 99b) ICQ versions, but this all depends on if a working ICQv5 class can be created.
