I believe I have finally gotten the directory services working, at least enough that the "find a buddy by common interest" part seems to work. also rate limitations, which will help prevent chat flooding..

the find a buddy based on common interests can be useful, but then you added the chat delay meter, why. just why would you add the feature, it's 2017, not the dial-up ages, connections are fast now, what's the point of having a limit of sending if the other person gets the other messages instantly.
