There is no UI to edit server name, but: resource STR# id 1002 has the goods. I can't test because B2 crashes and burns horribly in networking.

I think I have the buddy lists sorted out for pre 4.2.. the real pain in the ass was getting the old buddy list and new buddy list to work together.. I probably won't push these changes to the live server until i am absolutely sure there are no regressions from all these changes..
