TOC Clients

TOC is the AOL Talk to OsCar protocol, for a time it was an open source way for you to build your very own clients to sign into the AIM network, as of the last major server update, rudimentary support for this protocol is open on port 5189, Once we have vetted and packaged some of these clients they will be available here, until then, do some exploring of the crevices and cracks of the web and sniff out all those dusty interesting TOC clients.

The TOC implementation of the server is still rudimentary, some features like contact list editing and group chat aren't yet implemented
